He will be. He will not starve to death in a couple of month...recurrent regurgitation would be far more dangerous..

If he holds down those small meals, just follow the plan you made for yourself, and in a couple of month he can start to gain weight again safely. In a few month, all this will be nothing but a bad memory ;)

He really is a great colour, glad you got the regurge under control, fingers crossed he’s on the mend now
