What's your fav chicken wing?

ok i was looking up hotwing sauces and recipes last night for the big game this weekend when i saw this vid on how to eat some wings:

If we're going off of BWW's sauces then Asian Zing is where it's at.......otherwise I went with hot

First of all, has anybody noticed the Patriots are in the Super Bowl again this year??? Hahahaha, had to get that in there!!!! GO PATS!!!!

Anyway, for me, the seasoning or sauce will depend a little on how the wings are cooked. But generally my favorites are:
- good ol' fashioned salt and pepper
- traditional buffalo. I like heat, but nothing too crazy.
- terriyaki
- and I also make some pretty great sauces using cherry coke or Dr pepper.

knowing your a pro chef i bet those are amazing. i'd love to try some authentic Craig Frechette wings!!! where's your super bowl party at and can i come?? and can i bring everyone on the forum?????

let's start a recipe thread! i gotta great bruleed pumpkin beer pie recipe i can share (it's from jcrook ;) )

I feel this poll is carnivore biased. I feel the addition of vegan gluten free buffalo wings need to be added for inclusiveness.

And as for the Super Bowl party, I'll be watching at home most likely. I tend to avoid settings like that these days. So I'll cook a feast at home and watch my boys win their 6th ring.
