He might shed a little later than the others but at least he will have some food down until you start feeding the clutch (including him) on their normal schedule.

Update, she has been assist fed twice but still hasn't shed. She is also doing this weird almost wobble thing where her head will go back and she won't fix it right away. I wonder if this will continue or it will get better as she ages.

The shed is not unusual even with animals with no issues every now an then you will have one that will not shed on schedule like the other which is ok, it will eventually.
For the wobble only time will tell.
