They really are. I can't help myself from just looking at them through the tubs for a while lol. You will eventually feel comfortable enough with all of your settings lol. I was a mess, checking the temp every hour :p. I've been learning about these guys for a very long time n still learning new things every day. Sunday was my first day seeing someone's real collection and it made me want to grow mine even larger. Lol

I'm for sure guilty of just silently observing the animals. I felt like a total creep at the reptile show this weekend just spending an hour at one booth staring in dead silence haha. Obviously I asked lots of questions and had great conversation with tons of people but when I first got to the show I was overwhelmed (and apparently this is a relatively small show) There was just so much to take in that I had to split from my girl and just wander from booth to booth and take it all in. That was my first time ever seeing anything other than a normal in person save 1 time at a local pet store a few days before that had a pastel and a pinstripe banana het pied.
It was so incredible to go from one display to the next and thinking 'wow I've seen that on youtube or online and this is what it looks like in real life!'

Haha exactly! I got that same feeling when I saw a lesser, Mojave and a pastel for the first time in real life. Instantly made me want to see everything else. It's crazy how amazing these animals are. Even the normals are amazing lol.

I absolutely love our two normals. I can find a good aesthetic to every morph. Even morphs that are physically off putting to me (Mocha is a perfect example) I can see the beauty in the animal. Also BPs have so much personality that regardless of color, I love their individual attitudes and dispositions.

Haha every time I try to tell someone how different of personalities my ball pythons have they laugh n say they are just snakes but it is crazy to see how different they act lol. My little banana is always trying to climb onto your hand every time you open the rack. My pastave girl never leaves her hide in one spot lol moves it around with her n my crystal boy always has his head n tail outside of his hide just watching lol. They are really neat animals and I understand, even the one that don't strike as the most beautiful combos are still neat. Last weekend when I went to the show I did the same as you and just watched the snakes for a while lol. Favorite thing to do is to just see the crazy kind of combos that I have never seen before.

All 4 of ours act totally different. The Adult Normal female is really aggressive come feeding time (none of the others are) to the point that she cant be handled if she smells food unless you want a strike. When you handle her she will just try to crawl in your shirt and get warm or wrap around your arm really tight. The baby normal female just likes to doot between our fingers and wont ever really explore. The Bumblebee is a runner and never tries to support herself or hold on to your arm. You have to feed her hands as she 'runs' away very slowly, and the male doesn't move at all. Whatever position he was in when you picked him up is how he is gonna stay. In his cage however he is the only one who has ever actually bit me.

Haha so different! It's hard for me on feeding day because that means I can't hold them for the next 2 days n I have to let the new girls get used to their home so I am having bp holding withdraw haha.

I've officially but these two on a need to touch basis. Don't touch them unless we need to move them to clean cages or change water. I really want them to get settled.

Best to give them as little stress as possible. Definitely
