Black spot under both eyes?

Provent a mite. I couldn't think of the name of it.
The biggest ball python breeder in the UK "New Venture Ball Pythons" used to have someone who brought him Provent a mite over from the US because he couldn't get it in the UK. Don't think he's needed it in 10 years tho so probably can't get it anymore unfortunately.

I've just tried looking online for it and can't seem to see any uk sites that sell it.

What are the other alternatives? Could I use ardap? Callingtons? I've also hear that I could use olive oil?
Could anyone suggest which would be the best option?
