    Did you buy a reptile heating pad or a human heating pad ??

    Some reptile ones dont have a thing where you can adjust the setting, thankgod mine stays around 94-95 in my corns tank.

    I have human heating pads in the other tanks, they work great, they have a high-medium-low setting so i can adjust them as needed ( i dont have a thermostat for them)

    i bought those stick on heating pads i guess reptile one. if i buy a lamp how do i make sure she won't try to touch it? The tank is pretty deep though but i seen her climbe out once. Maybe i should try to build a screen lid and take the glass lid away? She gets air from the back part of lid but once she knows about that i think she will try to escape.
