Well so far so good. He ate for me last week. But I had to leave the rat in there for a while. He didn't this week. But I think it's cause I messed it up for him. I dropped it by accident into his tank and after a minute of sniffing at it he picked it up and pulled it into his hide. I was watching from a bit away for a minute but I guess I moved too fast because he dropped it. I reached in with my tongs to try to get it out. He struck the tongs and I left it at the edge of his hide. He didn't touch it after that except to use it for a fleshy pillow. Should I try again in 3 days or wait until his normal feeding day? Because he was interested since he picked it up.
