Are guyanas BCIs? Do they get the same length and have the same care requirements as colombians?

No, they are BCC's
They get much bigger.As far as care, i think its pretty much the same, youll need a larger cage though ;)
doug , do you house your big boa in the container in the third picture ? it looks a little cramped :?

Why do you not recommend popping? Is that just with boa's or do you not recommend it for all snakes?

HI,
SOmeone asked about the Guyana Caging so here its is,
I had it made for them its a duplex and has formica interior and russian birch plywood exterior.
when I feed the Guyana I use a feed box for the male so they arenot together for feeding, after they eat sometimes the male stay in the feed box in the cage overnight and he had a visitor one nite they were all crammed in that little box together ( getting chummy i hope ) here's the new feed box for the male it fits in the cage .
here's a typical feeding day with the male in his box with a rabbit and missy holley is waiting for me to put her rabbit on the floor of the cage one must be very carefull when doing this..
