All in all I learned a lot in my first breeding season. I lost my first eight eggs ever produced :tears: had a double sired 2nd clutch for the ages!!!:D and the last clutch all healthy wasn't the best odds but it was still good!

I can't wait for this December to come so I can do it all over again...I have a weird looking normal female that almost 2000 grams and I want to try and prove her out. I will also try my had at a green pastel x black pastel pairing to get some gargoyles....Lastly I've got to female pastels and a male spider and pinstripe, so I'll try for some blasts and bumble bees!!

As my noir ends I want to thank all those who tuned in and a special thanks to all those who commented on my post!

BEST OF LUCK TO ALL WHO BREED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congratz on a good first year. At least I'd call it good, out of something like 10 females I paired, this being my first year also, I only got 1 clutch. Pin× normal pairing, 6 eggs, all fertile, 5 pins and one normal. At least I had good odds on the one I got, lol.

I hope everything goes well on my first season, even though I'll only have one pairing I'm so nervous and excited all at the same time lol. Just hope everything goes well. Can't wait for next season. My girl should be huge by then lol. She's about 1000g now and shows no signs of slowing down at all. Hasn't missed a meal since I got her. Thanks for the good luck! It was nice seeing your journey :)

I consider it to be a good season as well, I learned a lot that would be so beneficial in the rest of my breedings in upcoming years. From viewing and recording the locks, to the feeding schedules and temperatures, to observing how ovulation looks for myself and finally how to separate and incubating the eggs. This December, I get to start the process all over, and this time it's a bit more fun because I'm going to breed towards future projects two and three years down the road

Great read! Those are nice looking babies. This will be my first year also. I have a Black Pastel Kingpin male to breed to a proven Bumblebee female. Is a Quint and a Black Widow on the first time too much to ask for? lol I was planning on taking pics of the laid eggs, marking them, and seperating them too.

So guys and gals my second clutch (Anaksunamun's the second pic at the top 9-18-14,) pipped today on the 57th day and I cut the rest!!!!!! :D

This was my most anticipated clutch of the year as I paired Dame(lesser platinum) with two Sires(Mojave and Spider) and got a DOUBLE SIRED CLUTCH!!!! With awesome odds........2 Mojave's, 2 BEL's, and 1 lesser for sure. The other three are lesser bees from what I can see!!!!!!! My wife took video, and after watching it you can't see much so as soon as these little guys come all the way out I'll be sending another update with pics!!!!!

    Thanks for staying tune!!!!!!!

Great to Hear! Glad they made it and awesome odds!
