I, myself wouldn't appreciate my collection be loose in my house, therefore, I can empithize with your behavior. I think maybe the effects could be worse for a child. I wouldn't want to find out either. On Venom ER, a small boy was bitten by a widow, he didn't look too well. I wouldn't put any child where he would be compromised. They aren't endangered yet, so maybe no harm done.
