Going to a zoo is fun, but remember that they have lots of money to spend on setups and can devote entire rooms to herps, while most of the casual collectors I know can only afford tanks. ;) I'd find a reputable herp dealer in the area and grill them about their setups, they probably have some good ideas. Plus, the local pet supply store (note not pet SHOP, the place I go doesn't even sell animals outside of frozen feeders) is a great place for information, just yesterday I helped a guy set up his tank for his Tokay and Fat-Tailed geckos and it's now worlds better than the one he had before. :)

yeah I know they have big bank and that they have entire rooms for there herps..........the only herp in my home that is going to have a whole room is my Burm. I think that is a special case with my burm getting a whole room when he gets older. I mean I wish I could give all of my Herps a big room to live in but I cant.
