I hate it when they get all wired on Geritol and go on those rampages.

Your right I am assuming it was kids but how many "adults" that you know go out tearing up personal property.

Mmm... when I was a teenager, it was all about "Scooby Doo-ing". Basically, first you get really really baked. Then, you tiptoe around people's houses doing the scooby doo walk (you know, with your hands out forward and whole body moving back and forth as you creep forward, like the scooby doo gang would do in haunted mansions), and look at people through their windows until they looked back at you. Then you would run like hell.

ROFLMAO ... never done or heard of that. Does it work while you're drunk .. never gotten into anything but alcohol.

Personally I know of about 6-7 that live in my sisters neiborhood alone all of about 8 houses she has had to replace her mail box 3 times and a trip the the body shop from when she told them to get the Bleep out of her yard the next morning she had key marks all down both sides 14-17 year olds
btw she told them to get out of the yard because of haveing to replace so many mail boxes

Somehow, I don't think it would be nearly as effective when drunk as opposed to baked out of your mind. It also has to go with the typical pothead theory that Shaggy and Scooby were total stoners, hence why they had the munchies all the time, and that Scooby snacks are really just weed cookies. I'm pretty sure "Scooby Doo'ing" is something original that my friends and I came up with. I think someone just randomly started doing it one night and we decided to make it a pastime from then on.
I think it's rather unfortunate that laws against marijuana are so harsh down in the US. Whereas in Vancouver (rightly so the weed capital of North America and second only to Amsterdam in the world), if the police catch you with anything less than an ounce, they will "write you down" (i.e. they are too lazy to fill out the paperwork to arrest you and lay down charges so they're going to let you go so they can take your weed and go smoke it themselves).

Well the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, I'm sure the kids parents are just as evil. Maybe the parents AND and the kids get together to cause chaos. Eh eh, every think about that? :mrgreen:

No I personally think that Parents have no restraint on their kids any more they dont believe in busting their butts any more and think that a little talking to will get the job done
I dont know how old you are blink but I assume from the soft spot this has hit on you that your under 18
Sorry if it hurts your feelings but I am a parent and kids will usually push it to the limits they will go as far as they can get by with
