Lol, you would be racing me there, and I live a lot closer ;).
I would also have to grab about half of Jon's (cold blooded addiction) collection on my way back from cleaning out Dave Green's place.

I am considering a GTP for my next addition. I enjoy my BP, but it would be nice to have something that's a little more display friendly. Plus watching the colour change would be something I think. Wasn't sure if there was much of a market for them in Canada, but through rigorous research, have found a couple breeders, one who is local even.

I have heard they are uber expensive up there. But they can be had. I do just adore him. We got lucky. Because we got him as a neonate, and he turned out to have a good temperament. At least so far. :p

$750 for a neo from what I can find on some breeders' websites, not the cheapest price, but totally worth it in the end I would think. I hope he stays rather calm for you. I have read a few opinions on them claiming they are getting a bad rep. As long as you understand night time = feeding time and not handling time, and to be cautious and never pull a coiled GTP off his/her perch, you shouldn't have many issues with them. Anyway, sorry for hijacking your thread..

No worries. :) But yeah, just like with any snake, you just have to learn to read them. We have never taken him off his perch. We have removable perches, and take him out on those. So we only hold him when HE comes off the perch. I'm sure there are some nasty ones out there, but that's true with any snake. They all have different personality and temperaments

Well if I have to pick from a member's collection, then I would choose either H0oblah's Lesserbee or Missriss's Pied.

I dunno... Anyone have any roughie or angolan pairs? I'd take those without a second thought.
