Reptidude .. you'll have to resize one of your pics to fit in that area. Here is a link to a thread that will help ya do that

Well your pic is still a bit wide. It needs to be under about 120 pixels. After you get it down to that wide, go and edit your profile from the link at the top of the page, then scroll to the bottom to where it says "Avatar Control Panel", then you will need to copy adn paste the link ( URL ) of the pic you want to use, then hit submit. That should be it
