    I've been on vacation. I saw this and figured if you are looking for a "pure Colombian locality BCI" this is what they look like unless I've been duped LOL!

    From most of my research, the largest boas are the BCC boas from the Amazon basin. Usually they grow slower, but toward the later years they end up being some of the largest.

    Peruvian boas are true giant BCC's.

    If you are looking into BCC boas, Peruvian boas are not as sensitive as the Suri boas or the Guyana boas to husbandry.

    Other large boas are the Argentine boas. BCO.

    That said, one of the largest BCI boas on record was from Mexico which is usually an area where the boas are smaller.

    Anyhow, The photo is a "pure Colombian" male BCI.
