I keep track of a couple of hundred animals so the easier it is for me to keep track of them the more I can focus on the animals and not the paperwork.

I'll be making a purchase as soon as I get home. I like iherp.com, but I think this software will suit me better.

Is there any way to import data from other software?

If so what file formats would work?

We're working on the Degei import now, however it likely won't be ready until Sept/Oct. Really, we only need sample data to be able to determine the possibility, and then work out the scripting.

If you have data that you're interested in importing, send me a PM, and we'll see what we can do. If it's easy enough, it shouldn't be a problem.

In order to have the ability to edit the files from your phone you have to pay per month in addition to paying for the software?

Only if you want to manage 50 or more animals with mobile. You can manage unlimited with the software, and using the mobile interface, up to 50.

No problem. We felt that only the heaviest users should have to share the server costs, and development costs of the mobile component.
