So PayPal regulations + Texas Law SHOULD cover any and all Texas purchases. They can "ask" you to uppay or cancel your order, but you have to authorize the canceled order unless they assume "out of stock" and cancel all orders past a certain point legaly due to stock availability, not sure how that could fly but I imagine it will cover them :P

whats the status on ur orders? 1 of my CC's says processed but the other and PayPal both say "order placed"

I took screen shots of the price and where it says save up to 93%

PayPal is just a receipt, the PetCo emails have a confirmation order number.

Yeah, my boyfriend's friend linked him to the page, we rushed to order 2 of them, that was just before 6PM EST. Made sure to pay through paypal instead of with my credit card just because I figured with paypal buyer's protection they'd be more likely to have to honor the price shown. They're gonna be pretty upset if they have to ship out hundreds if not thousands of these things for probably less than they paid Exoterra for them. I know what I'm doing with mine though, a dart frog terrarium and a display cage in the living room for a BRB!

Edit: I was also billed for shipping at checkout, saw nothing about freight delivery. Anyone else?
