Re: Boaphile still waiting.
if it's taking this long without spending a little time every day for customer service (email, phone calls ect...) just think how much longer you would have to wait if he did customer service. he probably not answering so he doesn't have to give anyone a chance to cancel their orders.
Re: Boaphile still waiting.
Well, its a bummer none the less. I went a different route even though I don't live too far from the cages in question, I liked my experience with the Constrictors NW Pro-Lines.
My boa is livin the dream.

Personally I think you WILL get your cages before you move but I just feel for you and anybody else who is so excited to get new a snake, or a new setup and then ends sitting in limbo.
You deserve an e-mail, text or brief phone call.

Ha that's what I was thinking.
I also have had good customer service speaking with AP. In the end I went Pro-Line, but as stated Ali was right on it when it came to e-mails.
Everybody has their preference and I'm sure there are good arguments that can be made for any cage. But it's that initial contact and the followup that make a difference.
I think you get enough info from people who own the various products to get an idea about quality and I've not heard anything negative about AP. I can speak for the quality of the Pro-Line cages as I own one.
I have seen some other brands up close and personal and thought the plastic was flimsy and fragile.
The bottom line in this whole thread is the O/P should not have to beg, hat in hand for some type of reply. What if there were exigent circumstances and something changed, or possibly the order would increase??
Sadly, this is not the first thread of this kind I have seen which is why I looked at 2 places for a cage based on service and quality and experiences of others.
I hope it all works out in this case.
