    Question about a big snake
    B-E-A-utiful yellow anaconda! I love that heavy body look with that prehistoric looking head. Yellow anacondas are so awesome and for sure misunderstood. :/

    I agree, lots of people probably don't handle theirs enough and they turn out to be little @55 holes when they get big, then get the rep that they will bite no matter what :rolleyes: but I take my girl out almost every day now. I was scared at first, but hell, I was also scared of my dang ball when I got her, and she never even struck at us once and the anaconda has bitten my wife and I. Just give respect, don't let them around your neck or touch their heads or but it near your face and you are good to go!!! Lol

    I asked me vet about this last time I was in (he used to breed balls, breeds retics now) he said it's likely stress. That makes sense to me, handling is stressful to a degree (and depending on if they are used to it) so it would make sense heart rate and respiration go up a bit.
