Please help I am worried!

that is not the hot spot temp that is just the temp its showing in the tub.. but I know it's not that because it does not work well. The heating pad is a 12"x12" if anything it is too hot at the moment. But my thermostat is on the way probably going to be a week. The tub and substrate are dry but when I lefter her hide up today the bedding was soaked and the inside of her hut was soaked also. So I relplace the bedding wiped everything and drilled more holes in the tub.
