    none of the students got it, but my political communications professor did - she's probably one of if not the best read people in the world though so I wasn't surprised :)

    It's funny how quickly the English language changes. Twenty years ago, there would have been no doubt that "phat" was an insult unless it referred to a wallet, people from Chicago and New York did not say "y'all" or "ain't" under any circumstances except mocking southerners, and a pretty good percentage of college students would likely have been familiar with the term "goldbricker." :)
