I think so because everyone is talking about fire ants, which are stinging insects, just like their cousin the wasp.
For me, rat bites suck. Luckily properly socialized pet rats almost never bite and our feeders are handled a lot from birth, so they aren't very bitey. Out of the thousands of rats we've bred and fed off, neither of us have taken a bite out of aggression. I did however get bitten from an elderly pet rat when he had a seizure in my hands. That sucked. On that note, all rodent bites such. I couldn't tell you how many times I've been lit up by pet hamsters as a child. Evil little creatures!
Hookbills scare the crap out of me too. Even little parakeets pinch like crazy. I've had a few conures draw blood just playing around and I've seen what a macaw can do to a 2x4 in a matter of minutes. Nothing but respect there.
I've gotten a few nips from dogs as well. Never fun.
I'll take a bite from all our snakes before I'll take one from any of the above.
