by spirits I meant alcoholic beverages but not in the binge sense... I'm well past that - I drink wines and beers and whiskeys but I try all different kinds... i guess my roomate and i kind of study alcohol. I know lots of great wines under 20$ and a lot of cool styles to try! Also some good sake drink recipes etc, my favorite beers are hefe-wizens and India Pales though a good old chocolate stout is delicious now and then. Also for a good average priced scotch get Glenfiddich it is much smoother than livet and you can get it sometimes for as low as 35 bucks a bottle. Oh and if you're a burbon person try out some knob creek or woodford reserve
