newspaper is safer than paper towels. (paper towel ingestion can and has been fatal) What is the RH in the room?

How ever slight the risk it still exists. Google will show you images of two separate animals and I have seem one in the flesh (the operation to remove it was partially successful) my vet has a few more examples as well. There is no advantage of paper towels over the plethora of other paper substrates and just one rare but monumental down side. Why take a risk with clear advantage?
