How long did it take you to buy your second snake? :P

I was paying for my second one before I'd gotten my first. :rolleye2: In the 30s now (not counting hatchlings for sale)...

i went from one ball het. for piedbald (it was the same price as a normal lol ) to 4.2 balls and 3.2 boas in less than a year

lol I received 2 at once ( and the 1 ones I purchased weer like month apart as I they were het pieds and back then they cost was about 800 bucks for a pair took me entire summer to save up. but I went from 1 pair to like 30 snakes within a 3 year period ( bewteen the rescues I aquired off craigslsit and such.

Knowing that i wanted to breed i waited a while, that and because i am a college student i wanted to ensure that i had the funds to take care of the animals. I would never purchase a bulk amount of reptiles and think that everything would work out! I'm always doing my research and homework on breeding and care and hopefully next season i will be starting up!

So i am pretty sure i waited about 2 years! I'm not in a rush to have a huge collection fast. But i am sure over the years it will grow!

I bought my first ball last January, then March I bought a bearded dragon, and just a month ago I bought a bumble bee ball. Can't have just one reptile :)

We bought our first BP in July and I bought a Jungle Carpet python in August (we actually get her next week).

Ok so im not crazy lol!! its just an addiction i want more!!! the first week i bought mine my mom was like eweee i hate snakes, then the third week she wanted to hold her and she talked to her :taz: yesterday i got her out of the house for the first time and she handle it very good :D

I got my first one ten years ago but sold it when i moved to new York three years later and bought another one last September and and then another less than a month later and now i have ten and one gravid lol so i bought ten in a year

I planned ahead, and when I got my first I bought a pair :P kicking myself now for not getting two females, but I love my little mojave male to death
