    Just to add one more tidbit: Dont think of your weight loss as a temporary thing you are doing to shed the extra weight, instead try to think of it as a complete life-style change that you will continue with forever. Temporary thinking leads to temporary weight loss and unfortunately the inevitable weight gain.

    I am happy to report I am down another pound this week. :) Almost 10 pounds lighter than when I started 3 weeks ago!

    Its coming off slowly, but slowly is better than not at all!
