Actually, alot of times, I will put tuna in it, or a small can of green peas. It also goes good with barbecue beans...

Tuna and Peas... Hamburger and Peas with sweet carrots... Taco meat and Hot sauce... Garlic Powder and Diced Onions.

All of these things go with Macaroni and Cheese, but KETCHUP?!?!?!

    Well now that's just weird!

But I am open to new things

Hmm, spam sounds really good with it.... GF is gonna love that lol.

Sidenote: Just from the title of the thread I knew the OP was from Canada... One of the Canadian guys I worked with in Tokyo kept emailing me asking to bring back some Kraft Dinner for him when I was on a business trip to the states, I looked all over the grocery store but couldn't figure out what he was talking about... when I got back he showed me a picture of the box and I was like "Oh you mean macaroni and cheese?" Literally never heard it called kraft dinner before then.

Hmm the only thing I've ever put in mac and cheese aside from salt and pepper is the slightly spicy nacho cheese in a jar. Mmm it's good. The maple syrup idea made me feel sick :/

This is awesome! Now I have to go out and get some more to try out all this deliciousness! The bacon span sounds mighty tempting.
