My snake wont eat outside of his tank so i take all his stuff out just leaving him inside drop live rat in sit and watch after about a min he strikes and its all over with. Let him swallow and watch for him to start looking to hide and then i put all his stuff back in

Take the frozen mouse out of the freezer and grab a disposable cup. Wedge the bag with the mouse in it into the cup. Leave until it's thawed some. Then pour luke-warm water into the cup. Wait some, then replace with hotter water. I stop when the mouse is squishy and warm. Then I use scissors to open the bag and dangle it in front of my snake.

I'll be changing to rats soon, either this feeding or the next. I'll probably do the same thing but move it to the refrigerator for a little bit before putting it in the cup.

4 of my 5 are on frozen/thawed. Take out the appropriate quantity of rats and mice at about 6:30am and place them in a bowl of cool water. Get home from work around 12:30pm, replace the cool water with hot water. Have lunch (myself, not the snakes). About 1:30pm, replace the now lukewarm water with more hot water and head down into the snake room. I have 3 designated feeding tanks. My BCI, JCP, and Banana kingsnake each go into one. They know when they're in there its time to eat and they're ready to go. Take the appropriate rat/mouse and hold it by the tail and dangle into the tank. Rinse and repeat. Whoever finishes first goes back and out comes the BRB for her turn.

My one live fed (can not get him to take anything else; not even stunned or pre-killed, it has to be alive and moving around) comes with us to the pet store to pick out his meal. When we get back he goes into the feeding tank followed by the rat. He's the only one that gets fed at that time just to be watchful that there aren't any complications.
