    5 months she ate once then went on another 5 month fast an just ate last week for the first time again. it was a female pied at 1k grams

    3 1/2 months, and it drove me nuts. As far as why, they don't even always need a reason. But husbandry issues, and breeding season are biggies.

    Always out "hunting" after 3 days. Hoping it stays mostly regular for him.

    I have a Female Pinstripe in the same rack as most of my ball Pythons, she goes off food for three to seven monthes, every year, and she is the only one with a hide. Then eats like there is no tomorrow. I think some morphs are more prone to doing this, like Pinstripes. IMO !
