What a week! I have no idea what inspections are like since we don't have those. We just have to pay to register the car every year and put a new sticker on the license plate. For my car that is $200 a sticker, so it's sounds like about the price you paid, but you actually got something done to your car. But I will say, older cars only cost $35, so if something had to be fixed that would totally suck!
