The cinnamon pied is 90% white and lesser pieds are 95% white or all white, so I'd be surprised if the combo was a low white pied. But, stranger things have happened...
To be honest, I think you hit gold. IMHO, the pattern mutation is way too wild to be just a ringer. But like you said, stranger things have happened!!! Either way, that's one awesome looking snake!
