Still not smoking, just over 9 months now...incredible, the amount of money that I've saved in that short time. Also have filled the void with a lot of excercise...I feel staying active makes it easier.

Many congratulations on quitting. On October 29th it will be one year since I quit with the electronic cigarette and never looked back. Well done!

3 years is awesome. How long were you a smoker?

    :)

I'm young, so not that long. About 4 years of moderate-to-heavy smoking.

LOL....I'm not exactly old, but did smoke for a long time, just short of 19 years.

I smoked for just about 2 years. The way I quit was switching to ecigs and buying reduced nicotine content cartridges. Till I got to zero. At the same time I started working out again (I was a competitive swimmer for 10 years). The combination of those two got me out of the habit.

Quitting cigarettes! Finally! My best friend got me a vaporizer as a late Christmas gift, and I've probably smoked half the cigarettes I normally would in the three days I've had it.

The worst part for me has been denying the motor function that comes along with smoking. The raising of the hand to the mouth. The vape fulfills that without all the nasty carcinogens. =]
