Your mom is justly worried because she doesn't want to be saddled with your pets. Since you live in her house, it's her rules. I wouldn't add any more animals and would begin either farming the best of the best out on long term breeding loans and sell the rest.
If you do long term breeding loans, make certain it's in writing and for enough time. You might want to put in a clause for a sale if you stay with the Marines.
A 'couple years' is not a lot of time to get a bunch of live animals all situated. My personal advice would be go ahead and sell them off and concentrate on the Marines.

I tried to set it up for someone to house them and can maintain breeding plans but keep 80% profit made from clutches...but I decided that it is honestly best to sell them all and start over once your out.
