    Yeah, I don't miss college. :P

Good luck to everyone who is still in school/starting college. It's worth it in the end. :)

Good choice...IF you go to grad school for Mechanical Engineering, you WILL be a human calculator. I'm a 4th year Ph.D. student in Mech/Biomech Engineering and can attest to that. Don't plan on having a life if you become a graduate student in the engineering sciences...

This forum will be the most socializing you do for a long time, period. That being said, I wouldn't change a thing!

A little curious about this as well? Double majors generally take 5 years total (if all goes as planned).

I'm in my first semester right now the issue is that my Math/Physics requirements are very different between the two so right now I'm taking 2 different 5 credit hour Calculus courses along with the. Rest of my classes. (19 credit hours total.

I REALLY wanna go to the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine, but it looks to be pretty hard to get into. Among the requirements are that only 50 people from Virgina, 30 people from Maryland, and 40 "at-large" people (so 120 people total) are accepted for their DVM program. :O

http://www.vetmed.vt.edu/ that's their website. They've got other programs too, like BMVS and internships.

Okay, this may be just an American thing but, what are credit hours? People have mentioned this and I have no idea what you're talking about. I mean, I have an idea I guess, but I'm just assuming its the amount of class, in hours you have a week?

A credit hours boil down to how many hours of class per week each course is.
