Re: BHB and Markus Jane
KingPythons .... Have you ever been rude to someone? Have you ever had someone THINK you were being rude when you hadn't meant to be? Have you ever let an e-mail or other correspondence slip through the cracks without a reply?
Would it make much sense to you if someone from your past, that you have no real connection to in the first place, suddenly started up a thread on a public forum, essentially inviting people to a party to knock you for being so rude?
How is this line of questioning helpful? Will BHB or Markus Jane suddenly learn some valuable life lesson and strive to be more flawless in their business dealings? Will the general public be warned off of the possibility of being offended by their imperfection? Or....? What? I'm trying to figure out the point, and I'm missing it.
It happens. I've forgotten to get back to messages and e-mails. I've been short and abrupt in my responses sometimes. Sometimes I'm slammed with messages and business regarding this site and things get missed. And I always feel like crud when I realize it's happened. But it happens.
Dwelling on it is pointless. Engaging a public discussion on something so pointless that also has the potential to set the drama-llama on fire for no good reason is beyond pointless.

You would have gotten your answer much faster.
I've honestly dropped $500 on a snake right away and I will be spending more than that on Sunday. That being said, if something is $800-900+ I have to do payment plans or save up for it. Starting a thread like this is going to get you some negative responses because both BHB and Markus Jane are well respected and have many happy customers.
If you don't want people turning on you so far be up front in your original post and state why you think something or what happened to you and ask if anyone has had a similar experience. What you viewed as rudeness I see as a friendly response, so everyone will view things different. I honestly wouldn't want to work with a breeder who comes off as overly formal, but that's just me.
I never bought an animal from them, I just thought I could ask for info and how to go about purchasing. I thought people do that. That's awesome that you have dropped five hundred on an animal I would have to save two paychecks to make that happen. I've dropped $700 on my first ball at 17 but that has nothing to do with anything. IMO not everyone is ready to be like PLOW here's $500-600 or does everyone get paid an awesome sallery and don't have rent or mortgage to pay? But some of ur advice I could say thanks to because it makes sense.

Ma'am I'm happy to say I've never been rude to anybody unless they deserved it. I answer people's questions and I thank them for emailing me or even coming to talk to me. Even On here I keep a positive attitude. On my worst day I wouldn't treat you like you weren't human and like you were of no importance to me and it doesn't mean I'm gonna treat you like crap. Unbelievable! My request is to close this thread.
Thanks

In all fairness I get paid monthly, so when I drop $700 on new additions at the start of the month I'm done until I get paid again. It is true that not everyone has that kind of money to drop at once, but I was responding to you making it sound like it isn't possible.
I think it's likely that your e-mails slipped through the cracks, they do get lots of e-mails every day. I didn't have that problem when I was e-mailing them and I'm sorry you did.

Re: BHB and Markus Jane
It is not our policy to close threads simply at the request of a member. Once you've created a thread, you're pretty much stuck with it, unless there is a very compelling reason to close it. "Pointless" isn't compelling enough. However, a word of advice...the thread WILL die and be buried in time, but only if you let it. If you continue to argue with everyone who feels they have something to say, the thread will stay alive a LOT longer.

Can I request to deleted my account then?

Re: BHB and Markus Jane
I said that I believe the topic of this thread was pointless. That is all. What you choose to infer about yourself from my words is up to you, but I was in no way saying you or everything you say is pointless. And if I chose my words in such a way as to give that impression to you or anyone else reading them, then I sincerely apologize for not wording my opinion more carefully.
