OR you can get those 3 to 4 gene mutations, that way when you breed to a normal or something you won't get a normal in the clutch...i think
Im kind of limited on what pythons I can get, you guys in the united states have far more high qaulity breeders to choose pythons from then us in Canada.
I do like the brighter morphs and have a few ideas on what I want to work with. Was thinking of splitting the $2000, Getting something to brighten up what I have, and mabey something like a pied, so I can try to get bee %100 het pied. and make some bumblee pied down the road

I anticipate the desert market crashing big time with females not producing. I've already seen a female for 1k and a male for 1.5k by next year I'm guessing they won't be worth much. Except possibly the males.

Got a link for the male? I've been paying some attention to the asking prices and the average is still about $2500. I have only seen two listed below that and the lowest was 2350.

Re: Risk of buying High End morphs?
You have 2 pastels and 1 bumble bee. Buy a few more double co-dom females and mate them up with the bee. Figure out what you want to make and get the snakes that you need. I have a female bee that I am pairing up with a pewter next year. It gives me a shot at a 4 co-dom gene snake. Personally I bought what I needed to make the supers I want and will wait until next year to get creative with the morph's I produce. I want the supers so I won't make any more normals.

Actually I see just the opposite, once they get a mostly fertile clutch from a female, the prices are going to sky rocket back up. Then the possibility of a super desert.... :)
