    alright. thanks for the info. yes. it would be on the back of my glass aquarium. I have seen it done before. some member on here did it im pretty sure. cant remember who.

    Its not a bad idea...they are only about 2" thick. I'm just not sure how you would mount it to the glass. It is screwed into the top of my PVC enclosure, but obviously you can't screw into glass.

    If i'm not being too nosy....why do you want to use a RHP instead of an under tank heater?
