I own a cabinet shop. Being a herp owner has allowed me to expand into custom cages.

Thank you, as much as I complain sometimes, I do really like my job. I work with some great people, and have some seriously entertaining stories lol. Never a dull moment. I'd rather stay away from the rattlesnakes, no offense to the hot snakes, but they scare me lol. I like them...in pictures :D

I would LOVE to have that kind of set up to build enclosures. You are a fortunate man to own a cabinet shop and be in this hobby.

My grandfather was a dispatcher and many of my relatives have been or are in law enforcement. After hearing some stories I know how stressful your job is. And the rattlers will let you know they are there. The only thing they are doing is basking. Youngest screamed so loud it got scared off, lol.

    (hey! it counts!)

Definately! It is the hardest job in the world! I quit my full time accounting job and graduate school to finally stay home with the 3 kids and I work WAY harder now. I always knew I worked for a brake but WOW! It really is the best and most rewarding thing I have ever done. :)

Over the years I've been an Air Force medic, a paramedic, a HIV prevention counselor, a machinist, a professional musician, and a phlebotomist.

At the present, all I can say about my vurrent job is I that I work with explosives and am working towards my blaster license from the ATF and FBI. BEST job I have had since being a musician.

As you can tell, I have YET to decide what I want to be when I grow up!
