I would either go with some pied projects (considering they're always popular), and maybe invest in some new morphs? However, if you want a lot of females and males then maybe go for some single morph females, a pied male, and a multiple gene male.

Banana males were $50k-60k in 2010 and I think females were around 15k, but some probably sold for 10k... Their prices will probably come down this year, but you never know.

If I was starting out, I would get only morph females. I would get 0 normals. I would pick up as many 2010 morph or combo females as I could now, even trying to find a few 09s. I would then look for a 2011 KillerQueen Bee (if thats where your interest lies) male and maybe a Desert combo male to breed to the females when they are of size. This way your females are already growing when you get your male, and your males will be cheaper since you are waiting for 2011s. If your male gets big enough you might have a couple females that will go for the 2011-2012 breeding season. If not your females and males will be giant for the 2012-2013 breeding season.

If you go the with a 2010 male now and normal females, you might produce a few clutches of Pastels, Bumblebees, Pastel Butters, and if your lucky Pastel Butter Spiders. You will be battling it out to sell these with quite a few others that will be producing them also. If you went the other route, you might not have a few snakes to sell in 2012, but you should produce multiple clutches of multi-gene animals with crazy holdbacks in 2013. At that point you would be much further ahead in the game from your adult female morphs to your even crazier hatchling holdbacks.
