Depends on the quality pastel genes going into it (not always the case) but for the most part if the parents are browned out then the babies will follow. Ask for sire and dam pics.

Definitely I'll pick no.1, because I love reduced pattern but it depends on you. Both are pretty!

I was pretty much thinking the same thing. If your looking for a pet and to say I have a bee then these will work as long as the price is right. If your looking for a breeder I would broaden my selection by getting some pictures from other breeders, since you are already looking at having it shipped.

Now my bumble bee is about 6 months old and when I got him he was more dirty looking and darker, its why I picked him. Well now with every shed hes getting brighter and losing his dirty look. So you never know whats going to happen to them until they are grown The pic is when I first got him, I'll have to get an updated pic after he digested his food.

sweet i'll def be looking forward to your pics!

I think i might go for the larger one, just for the size and she looks more yellow.

well i would go looking for another bee but at the price of 450 she was quite a steal.

I think it is funny that people are using the exact same words to describe both of them... both #1 and #2 are "cleaner" etc.

To me they seem interchangeable. Pick whichever one YOU feel you like better.

I guess I would go with #2. Both are very similar, but #2 was a little more weight on her.
