I also want to start with het pairs for a reason. Why, because if you do produce the morph. It'll be a surprise, and something YOU produced!

I personally do not think so. In my opinion, you will make a lot more off of a visual bred to hets than het to het. In het to het, your chances of producing a visual are lessened, and all of the hets are possible hets, so they are tough to sell for anything but normal prices. In visual to het, your chances of producing hets are higher, and all the normal looking snakes will be hets, so you can sell them easier, and at a higher rate.

I've got het's and visuals and to be honest I'm more excited about my Het X Het breeding than my Visual X Het breeding.

I think most of it is down to the excitment of not knowing what is in the eggs granted with visual X het you don't know if you will hit the odds but you have more of a chance of hitting the odds. I have a pair of het clowns and I know for sure that when I produce eggs from those I will be hanging on the edge of my seat to see what pops out.

After all it's not all about the money is it !
