I would like this communities opinion on my bp's tank set up (pics included)

Your tank is looking good. The only thing I would suggest is sliding the water bowl forward against the front glass and here is why. If your snake is asleep in one of the hides and you reach in there to get the water bowl for cleaning/filling and accidentally startle the snake...

Let me put it this way. I learned a valuable lesson early on about sticking your hand in front of a sleeping snake to pick up their water bowl and having them suddenly wake up...
