Last I checked, Burms are 100% legal in Ontario. Ontario, in fact, has no laws against big snakes, just, British Columbia last time I looked into it. Is it a municipal by-law?

oh yeah just called Game and wildlife commission, had a class with the guy from Animal Plastics cages, the DNR and the biggest breeder of Burms that i know of and they said Iowa Reptile Rescue's statement that there is a 12 foot maximum state limit is a farce and one of officials in my certification class for big snakes said that there is only the law that bans african rock pythons and reticulated... So bring on the Burmese!!!!

I would not suggest really big snakes then. Big snakes = big expenses.

Yeah but their not So predicable and not as great to handle unless you spend a serious amount of time with it from the time it hatches, and I still wouldn't trust it then. Just my opinion, I have one and I've spent almost a year buggin this snake everyday Nd I still can't handle her without gloves lol.

Altho they are absolutely stunning looking.
