    Second that. It sounds like it came to you sick. Most good breeders (whatever) will replace (a cold term, I know) the snake for your trouble.

    This really sucks. I'm curious about what sort of heat pit problem this could be, though. I don't know a lot about them in general.

    I really don't think it's LLL's fault, unless I just happened to get lucky again, but I have a baby from the same clutch as Reggi, and today he ate his third meal with me after a little fast of not eating, and had a perfect shed a couple days ago. He arrived looking really good, and I've had good luck with them in the past with other reptiles.

    Did you ever try live? LLL or the people they get their animals from feed their ball pythons live fuzzies and hoppers when the snakes are babies, and mine refused frozen thawed, but has eaten every 7 days a small adult live mouse.

    I'm sorry for your loss though. :(

    Sorry to hear that things took a turn for the worse...I was really hoping that you would be posting about him getting better and finally eating soon. I hope that you can work it through to get another one that stay healthy for you. Good luck.
