What kind of aspen

We were using shredded aspen but we switched to sani chips about 3 years ago and I love them.

Yea i think the zoomed u get like 8.8L for like $8

The bag i bought is 113L for $9

I also use the shredded aspen.

I use shredded for my colubrids. My BP gets newspaper. I can't help it she likes the sports section. :P

I use shredded when I use Aspen. related question does anyone know which aspen is used or does it matter? (Trembling, American, Big tooth ?)

i prefer the shredded aspen but it cheaper on me to get the chipped( shaving type) of aspen a block of aspen shaving cost me about 25 bucks and comes in 8.0 cubic ft compressed)
I spent over 60 bucks on the shredded type and still didn't do all my cages . the other type does at least all the cages 2x

yea that's a good price i spent around 10 on 4 cubic ft compressed

i use the shredded i can get it at tractor supply in a 4.0 bag for 9.99
