    I only use one hide in a glass enclosure but this poll has prompted me to buy another one.:gj: Thanks

    I give all of my ball pythons two hides, one on the cool side and one on the hot. Even when I switch to a display type of rack, which are basically cages that are built all together, but are easily viewed.

    In aquariums, at least one if not several are necessary imo.

    Since mine are in tubs, only babies under 200g or shy feeders get hides. Since my 3 are bigger than that they don't have hides and do just fine.
