Someone else might make it first. I need to follow suit of many more experienced breeders and keep projects on the down-low I suppose???
I hear you Bill, good thing is nobody will remember this post in a couple days! :)

Truth be told Marc, with all the people getting out OR steering clear of Caramels AND there being very few Specials out there -- I highly doubt few breeders have the ingredients to produce said combo. :salute:

Thanks alot everyone! The Super Special is a gorgeous little bugger! I'm glad to see people stoked on him! :)
    Raul and Freakie Frog,
I would love to take photos of this guy, but he is in the hands of Anthony Mccain who takes horrible photos!:P He said that the orange has faded a little and that the head markings are still lookiing good! (you can actually see a pic of me in the head... some say Jesus, but if you look close, you can see the goatee braids! heheh).;)
    Hooblah and Ozark Mountain Balls,
This is a Super Special that can be produced from Special to Special breeding. The Special was founded when I bred a Mojave to a somewhat normal female and produced a Crystal. I produced the Super Special by breeding a Pastel Crystal to a Special. There is also another highlighter gene involved with the project that is described here...

    Bill,
A Caramel Crystal would probably be insane!:gj: Your right about some people being turned off from the Caramels though. Years ago I was in Santa Cruz when Steve Weisman was showing me some Caramels in the egg (he was very excited about them). By the time I got home they had crawled out of the egg and were so badly disfigured that he had to put them all down! That more or less made up my mind. Having said that, the Caramel Mojave is BADASS!!!!!
    Big Gumms,
I've always thought you were Super Special! :P

Oh my gosh I LOVE super specials! What an amazing snake!!!

That one ranks right up there with my all time favorite snake, the super paradox sulfur. I think that's what it's called
