If you don't mind me asking, how much did you pay for her? You don't have to answer, but I'm curious.

My honest opinion I will have to agree with most on here and say no...
The only thing that looks like Enchi to me is the head pattern...
Could be wrong but I don't think so.

Doesn't look like an enchi from here. There isn't the sharp contrast between the more bronze back colouration and yellow sides and too much dark speckling. Adult enchis look more bronze/brown/green/yellow than that. It Looks like a reduced normal.

I'll reply for the OP as I know how he ended up with his "Enchi" and the deal involved.

The suspect Enchi was traded for an 09 male Butter if I remember correctly.(if there was other animals or cash involved I'm unaware of it)

The Butter was then traded to me for my 09 male Super Pastel. The person trading the Enchi has since dropped off the face of the earth along with any hopes of verifying the background of the snake.

I do have to agree with most and say by the pics alone it's not an Enchi but the head pattern says otherwise.

If and when the OP gets new pics they will be posted to help the confusion.

(I hope your okay with me replying Jon)

    Thanks,
    Gavin Cooper.

Wow, a butter for that? Sorry but that couldn't possibly be an enchi. I guess I haven't seen any of these "ugly" enchis that everybody talks about. Both mine are a VERY vibrant yellow ( brighter than my pastels ) mixed with a copper/gold speckling. Also they both have a very distinct jungle pattern, and extreme blushing. I don't know if mine are just awesome enchis ( if so thanks Mike Caranente from maballs.net, and some guy at the Rocky Mountain Reptile Expo ), but I'd say they would be what I'd expect as an enchi.

Anyway it sucks to get ripped off. I just paid $750 for the lowest quality cinnamon bp on earth

But on a brighter side she's the sweetest ball python I own, and she is a great "pet". So.... I guess it just gets marked up as a newbie mistake. Trust me it wont happen twice.
