    This is why I moving out to Nassau county... BUT MAYBE SOME CHANGE and i don't know about :O where exactly You live and who exactly You call maybe i dont need move... hmmmm....that will explain more and more balls on NYC Craigslist...

    It may not be that ball pythons are not illegal in NYC, it may just be that people hide them and do not apply for permits for them as they know they are illegal. Trust me, I actually seen a person who was selling a fighting dog on craigslist.com before, if the cops were to check craigslist.com they would have now problem meeting their quota, and would probably be rich.
