That does look pretty odd to me. How are you checking humidity? It almost looks like he has a completely stuck shed.

Accurite. The humidity and temp reader is about 1/3rd the way on the cold side and then the prob is in the hot hide. In a 6 qt tube with aspen bedding.
She I wait it out or try the soaking method?

Does he need to go to a vet?

Well I'm going to see if he eats, it's feeding day anyway.
